Qualifications:

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years Software Support/Help Desk Experience
  • Experience supporting proprietary software applications, preferably Human Resources or Recruiting Applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer support experience required.
  • Solution-oriented. The ideal candidate will approach problems logically and with good judgement to provide the appropriate outcome to customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Experience supporting customers thru a variety of contact channels including chat, email and phone.
  • Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar support ticket tracking systems.
