You will assist gr8 People in our journey to deliver the Unfair Advantage in How the World Recruits Talent. The chief function of the Enterprise Sales Specialist is to bring the gr8 People Platform to new mid-Enterprise-level businesses and organizations within a defined geographic territory, quarterbacking deals from start to finish. 

Based virtually or in Newtown, Pennsylvania, gr8 People’s Enterprise Sales Specialist position may require up to 25% travel, with Specialists living throughout the United States focused on meeting gr8 People’s diverse customer needs. This career opportunity provides excellent compensation with a base salary and no cap on commission, working with a team of innovators as part of an established and fast growing company.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements 

  • 3 + years enterprise/SaaS software sales experience in Talent/Recruiting Software required.
  • Success selling corporate software solutions to executive level decision makers.
  • Solution Selling/Challenger Sales model with superior communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, out-going, natural curiosity, strong listening skills and coachable.
  • Experience demonstrating software to technical and non-technical executives.
  • Exceptional work ethic, organizational skills and performance minded.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
