As the User Experience and Design lead you will own the following:

• Defining the user interfaces and user-facing functionality of the platform.
• Work with product management to understand needs based on the real-world context as well as consult with customers to test design ideas/concepts.
• Receive high-level direction and deliver on detailed prototypes, wireframes, and visual compositions to communicate your ideas and test with users.
• Provide feedback about the usability of our existing products and communicate ways in which issues can be resolved
• Collaborate with our engineering team on all the details that make an experience delightful
• Create and maintain pattern libraries, documentation, interaction design methods, so the process gets easier as time goes on

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of design experience with a focus on web based applications
• B2B experience required; B2C experience helpful
• Ability to work independently in developing & designing solutions 
• Self-starter able to take an idea and run with it
• UX Research experience a plus
• Able to work within an established design process using methods like sketching, storyboarding, diagramming, wireframing, and prototyping for screen-based experiences
• Able to thrive in a variable and demanding agile development environment

You should be able to provide strong, clear samples of work that show complex and creative UX and visual design solutions to be considered.
