You will assist the gr8 People sales team in their journey to deliver the Unfair Advantage in How the World Recruits Talent. The chief function of the Enterprise Solution Consultant is to demonstrate the capabilities of the gr8 People Platform to new mid-Enterprise level businesses.

Based virtually or in Newtown, Pennsylvania, gr8 People’s Enterprise Solution Consultant position may require up to 25% travel, with Consultants living throughout the United States focused on meeting gr8 People’s diverse customer needs. Job Requirements 

  • Prepares detailed and fun product demonstrations
  • Provides training to field sales
  • Builds and maintains knowledge network
  • Keeps up to date on new product releases, technologies, market changes, and competitor’s products
  • Prepares product demonstrations for field sales use, in coordination with demo requirements
  • Provides responses to pre-sales inquiries and reviews all product quotes for accuracy 
  • Meets with customers to understand technical requirements
  • Accurately explains products and relates how they address the customer’s product requirements
  • Understands and presents the complete range of the gr8 People Platform and service offerings
  • Ability to manage demo facility and demo scheduling with 25% travel
