As an Implementation Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship, configuration and the full scope of work to be performed for enabling the GR8 People Platform.

Based virtually or in Yardley, Pennsylvania, the position may require up to 10% travel focused on meeting GR8 People’s diverse customer needs or joining an all company meeting if remote. We seek a highly motivated individual who has demonstrated the ability to deploy enterprise software on-time while ensuring customer adoption. As an Implementation PM you will oversee configuration, data migration, product training and organizational roll-out strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor and act as the customers advocate with GR8 People product management, engineering and sales.  This role relies as much on technical expertise as it does excellence in customer service and project management.

Job Requirements 

  • Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills
  • 2 + years enterprise implementation, business process and professional services consulting experience in the SaaS industry; Talent Management background plus
  • Extreme focus on customer satisfaction w/knowledge of recruiting industry
  • Passion for technology and new ideas
  • Ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide creative solutions
  • Bachelor degree
