As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility is to become a subject matter expert on all things GR8 People and to demonstrate the capabilities of the GR8 People Platform to new mid-Enterprise level businesses.

  • You are all about offering the highest quality pre-sales product expertise ensuring customer’s technical requirements are addressed throughout the sales cycle, from initial sales demonstration to implementation.
  • You are excited about the ability to identify and evaluate substantial business opportunities and lead teams in the sales process for establishing deal visibility and demonstrate the GR8 People Platform to high level customers and industry conference attendees.
  • You thrive on contributing to sales success.
  • You are creative, completely comfortable being the center of attention and someone who truly enjoys demonstrating to audiences all over the world.
  • You have 2+ years experience as a part of a SaaS sales team delivering detailed, exceptional demonstrations of HR software.
  • You jump in with both feet to help with RFPs, building the knowledgebase, and ensuring demo sites are up to date.
  • You can't wait to make an impact working with a team of innovators as part of an established and fast growing company.
