Use your talents to develop the lead pipeline and promote awareness of GR8 People and our One-Experience Talent Platform around the globe. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is identifying and qualifying sales opportunities with business organizations that are seeking to improve their talent acquisition processes.

  • You have 2+ years experience in a SDR role that includes inbound marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation.
  • You have a knack for being able to get to the right person and quickly understanding their challenges & requirements.
  • Your high school English teacher suggested you be a writer, your written communication skills are THAT good.
  • You love getting the right person on the phone and engaging in awesome conversations sharing the GR8 People value prop, understanding their needs, timelines, budget and challenges.
  • When we ask you to send 250 emails and make 250 calls per week, you say "bring it on!" 
  • You love to leverage social media to promote our value proposition, resources, and brand. 
  • You are a research driven, detail-oriented sales development machine with exceptional communication and GR8 listening skills.
  • Getting a qualified meeting excites you just as much as when the deal closes!
  • You love diving into the data, the nitty gritty details, and understand that all activity must be tracked (Salesforce) in order to understand the big picture. 
  • You love partnering with Marketing on projects, process, and strategy.
  • You have worked in the Software/SaaS industry, HR industry, and/or staffing & recruiting industry - or at least dreamt about it.

This career opportunity provides excellent compensation with a base salary and no cap on commission, working with a team of innovators as part of an established and fast growing company.
