Use your talents in sales to bring the One-Experience Talent Platform to Talent Acquisition teams around the globe. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to interact with executives and Talent Acquisition professionals, while leading the entire sales life cycle, from market development to closing business in the enterprise Marketplace.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements 

  • 3 + years enterprise/SaaS software sales experience in Talent/Recruiting Software required.
  • Success selling corporate software solutions to executive level decision makers.
  • Solution Selling/Challenger Sales model with superior communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, out-going, natural curiosity, strong listening skills and coachable.
  • Experience demonstrating software to technical and non-technical executives.
  • Exceptional work ethic, organizational skills and performance minded.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
